“I’ve benefitted from a lot of PT/OT and have enjoyed many therapists, but Jobeth is something special. Not only does she treat you physically (and it works, btw!), she treats you emotionally and spiritually. In other words, she treats the whole person, which is hard to find in medicine these days. You aren’t just a number or a paycheck. I cannot recommend her enough for anything pelvic floor, postpartum, women’s health and/or pregnancy. My life is substantially better because of her and her work and I use what I’ve learned daily in my progress toward healing.”

I can’t say enough good things about Jobeth and her skills! I met her during my second pregnancy, looking for help with some hip pain and also wanting to start the journey to not have to worry about peeing my pants the rest of my life anytime I sneezed!
She was everything I hoped for x1000. On top of her amazing skill set she is also one of the most genuinely kindhearted people I’ve ever met. She is so kind and thoughtful and always makes sure you are comfortable. She will go through each step she’s doing answering any and all questions you have. I can’t imagine the pain I’d be in if I hadn’t started seeing her. She just helped me through my third pregnancy and birth and I feel fantastic. If you’re pregnant and in pain/just want to keep yourself moving well YOU NEED HER!

“As a midwife, I am consistently looking for care providers to refer my clients to. I was lucky enough to meet Jobeth during my own pregnancy and even luckier to learn that she shared a similar practice philosophy in providing home visits to all of her clients. Her hands on and practical skills are gentle and transformational! She melted away many aches and pains with her magic! I came to learn that many of my chronic issues were related to my pelvic floor, she provided many tools to resolve them. My birth ended up being easy-going and dare I say enjoyable in relation to my previous delivery. I felt myself using tools she'd taught me to progress and even delivered in the same spot she would set-up her table for our visits .
I was not only surprised by her expertise but also by our blossoming friendship. She cares deeply about all of her clients, And I got to experience that firsthand. I consider Jobeth a friend, and a confidant, as well as an asset to women in Eastern Washington and North Idaho.”

“I cannot even begin to put into words Jobeth’s care, attention, and thoughtfulness, but I will make a feeble attempt:
I started as a pelvic floor patient of hers during my second pregnancy in preparation for an at home VBAC. For appointments that I was initially quite nervous for, Jobeth’s thoughtfulness and frank care quickly eased my nerves. She created an environment of security and deep love - both meeting me where I was and confidently letting me know healing, both physically and mentally, was possible and that I deserved it. While working with her, we established a friendship and she ended up being my doula for that same pregnancy.
My labor with my son ended up spanning 53 hours from when my water initially broke to when he was born. Jobeth was there for all of it. She was at my home with my husband and I while I labored unmedicated for 24 hours. Having worked with me leading to my delivery, she knew me, my body, and my nervous system and her knowledge was invaluable during each contraction. When I had to transfer to the hospital due to a high blood pressure from the long labor, she held me while I cried at the disappointment and accompanied me and my husband the whole way to the hospital. She stayed with us the whole time and when my son (finally!) was ready to make his arrival, she was there, cheering loudly.
In a meager attempt to recommend Jobeth, I share this story that in it her actions might better convey what I fail to fully articulate. Simply put, I never would have been able to have a successful VBAC without Jobeth - she knew me and that eased my nerves and helped me relax; she helped ease the burden for my husband as my labor progressed in length and we all needed more endurance; she came back to check on me after my son was born. I simply cannot recommend her enough.”

“Finding a provider who actually gets it when you're overwhelmed and burnt out is so rare, but working with Jobeth over the past year and a half has been a total game changer. Out of all the providers I see for various care, she is honestly the only one I don't dread going to see!
I first met her at an event and gave her my contact info, and she actually followed up with me! If she hadn't, I honestly probably wouldn't have taken that next step. When she reached out, I pretty much unloaded all my long-unaddressed issues on her at once: pelvic pain, bowel and bladder issues, and pelvic tilt.
I’d always hesitated to get pelvic therapy because of how intimate and vulnerable that type of care is, and I really didn't want an environment that felt cold or overly clinical. It never feels that way with Jobeth. Seeing her feels more like visiting a trusted friend in a warm, welcoming space. Right from the start, she was incredibly in tune with where I was at. She helped ground me and get me present with my body, meeting me right where I was instead of pushing aggressive exercises that would have just set me back.
When you have almost no energy or capacity to add one more thing to your plate, finding care that fits feels impossible. Jobeth manages to give me practical, doable daily solutions that I can actually fit into my life without feeling drained. She’s helped me truly understand how my body is connected. That's helped improve my interoception so I can recognize what's happening internally and navigate flares when they pop up.
Because of her approach, my pelvic tilt is almost non-existent now, which has helped so much with my pain and daily life. It even improved my sex life in ways I wasn't even prepared for—it completely blew my mind!
Over time, that intuitive care has only deepened my trust in her. Having Jobeth in my corner as a consistent, compassionate support over the long haul has made such a difference, and I always leave my appointments feeling recentered and uplifted. She is truly amazing at what she does!”

“Jobeth is truly gifted at her work. I came to her with severe SI joint dysfunction in pregnancy. She has helped me with resolving that as well as become my birth doula. Through working with Jobeth to prepare for birth, an old surgery causing severe rib pain came up. This was causing me to be unable to eat or lay on one side. Through fascia release bodywork, that pain is almost completely alleviated and I have quality of life back. Jobeth is not only skilled as an occupational therapist, but as a person who has become a confidant and friend. I’m sincerely grateful for Jobeth and the way she has shared her gifts with me.”

“I saw Jobeth for pelvic floor work nearly my entire second pregnancy. For months I couldn’t stop telling my girlfriends and family about the miracles she worked. MamaOT is more than pelvic floor and Jobeth is so much more than a pelvic floor specialist. Her touch relieved my lower back pain, released the knot in my throat, improved my circulation, and she taught me the genuine connection between the body and the voice. “

Jobeth has been a part of all three of my births in a growing capacity, she began as my pelvic floor therapist and has developed to also be my doula. I first met her postpartum after my first birth when I had a severe tailbone and pelvic floor pain that made sitting comfortably impossible for months. Jobeth provided hands-on therapy equipped with the tools and exercises to maintain progress and find relief at home.
When I got pregnant with my second, I knew I needed her support during pregnancy and postpartum again. By that time, she had started her own business to better serve her clients. Living in a rural area, her willingness to offer home visits is an absolute blessing. She provided exceptional care throughout my pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and is always so patient and adaptable when treating me with little ones running around.
For my third pregnancy, Jobeth continued to provide me with amazing pelvic floor care helping me with pregnancy symptoms, prep my body for labor, and navigate postpartum recovery.
We were considering hiring a doula for the first time for a hospital VBAC. Given her familiarity with my body and history, Jobeth was able to naturally step into the doula role. During labor, Jobeth offered steady emotional support, clear communication, and guidance with positioning to help the baby descend, all while empowering me to advocate for myself. Jobeth added immense value to our hospital birth, and both my husband and I were beyond grateful to have her by our side.
I consider Jobeth’s services to be essential and I would not want to go through a pregnancy, birth and postpartum without her support! She is a great support and has grown to be a good friend! Jobeth is the best and I cannot recommend her enough!

“I’ve had the privilege of working with Jobeth for approximately three years now, through two pregnancies and almost two births.
When I first met Jobeth, I hired her for pelvic floor therapy. I was honestly nervous because I had experienced pelvic floor therapy before and had horrible experiences, but I knew it was something I needed. She came into my home and instantly made me feel at ease. She took the time to learn my body, understand what I needed, and most importantly, she listened.
Throughout that pregnancy, Jobeth added doula work to her scope of practice. I was hesitant. I’ve had many kiddos, and with the births where I had hired a doula before, I always walked away feeling like they really didn’t do much for me. I prayed and prayed about it, and very last minute I really felt the Lord nudging me to ask Jobeth to be there with us.
After all, she already knew my body. She knew where I held tension, how I responded to pain, and how to help my body release. When I asked her, she instantly agreed.
I cannot even begin to explain how thankful I am that she was there for the birth of my son. His birth went EXTREMELY fast, and Jobeth was one of the few people who actually made it in time! And without her hip squeezes, I genuinely don’t know what I would have done. 😂 She knew exactly what my body needed without me having to explain it.
But her care didn’t end when my baby was born. She was there for me through postpartum, too.
Life got hectic with six kiddos, and before I knew it, I found out just before my “baby’s” first birthday that I was pregnant again. Jobeth was one of my first calls. I knew I needed to get back in for pelvic floor work, but there was absolutely no hesitation this time — I instantly knew she was going to be my doula again.
Over these last few years, Jobeth has become so much more than someone I see for pelvic floor therapy or someone attending my births. She has seen and held our family through health hurdles with my older children. She has walked alongside me through loss. She holds space when I need it, encourages me when I need it, listens without judgment, and is always there.
I tell EVERYONE about Jobeth. Pregnant, postpartum, done having babies, or never had a baby at all — if you are experiencing any kind of pelvic floor problem, CALL JOBETH.
This is absolutely a hill I will die on: pelvic floor therapy is a GAME CHANGER and something I believe is absolutely necessary. We normalize so many things as women that we shouldn’t have to just live with, and having someone who actually understands the pelvic floor and the entire body can make such an incredible difference.
And there is something incredibly special about having someone care for you who truly takes the time to KNOW you — not just as a patient, but as a person, a mother, and a family.
I am so incredibly thankful for Jobeth and the work she does. She has been such a blessing to me and our family. I recommend her every chance I get, and I truly cannot imagine walking through this pregnancy and birth without her.”

“Jobeth at her core is a healer. If you find yourself in need of any type of pelvic floor therapy, I highly recommend a conversation with her. I think you’ll quickly find what I did, which is connection to a caregiver that not only cares a whole lot about your body, but your spirit that comes with it.
I spent a year in fertility treatments that ultimately led us to three failed IUI’s and a failed embryo transfer. My sister recommended me to Jobeth as I was preparing for our second transfer. I knew my body needed as much support as I could give it and I wanted to explore how Pelvic Floor Therapy fit into that puzzle. I had no idea the gift of healing, openness and grounding Jobeth would provide me during the most vulnerable time of my life. Not only is she extremely skilled in her trade, she has a way of feeling the energy your body is carrying and works with you to release it. She helps you release trauma by connecting what you are processing in your brain and how your body is holding those feelings. Without a doubt, I know that Jobeth was instrumental in helping my body accept our second embryo transfer by fascial release and allowing my brain to process the trauma of fertility treatments and procedures. She supported my body through my entire pregnancy. And she has continued to support my body postpartum.
Jobeth, thank you for who you are and what you give of yourself when you care for your clients. You are a true gift!”

“Jobeth is hands down the best pelvic floor therapist AND doula! I am so greatful to have met her right before I gave birth, she got me through a very painful unmedicated birth and provided so much comfort and relief throughout. Her pelvic floor services helped prepare me for a quick labor and a great healing process afterwards. Always ready to text back and answer any questions you may have. HIGHLY recommend her for both services she provides!”
