Holistic Services
Pelvic Health Therapy
Evaluation:
90 minute individualized and comprehensive pelvic health evaluation by a trauma informed, women’s health pelvic health specialist. This session also includes a full treatment session to address any concerns found during the evaluation.
Follow Up :
60 minute individual follow-up appointment to help you build your healing toolbox and reach your pelvic health goals. Follow up appointments often include body work, education, and mental health check ins.
Healing Intensives
Healing Intensives:
2-3 hour individual session to focus in depth on whole body healing integration. The session may include body work, education, activities, exercises, and other healing modalities.
*Healing Intensives may be recommended for individuals who:
want to get a jump start and are eager to go all in on their healing journey
have a history of trauma
have a complex medical history
are interested in our other modalities such as: Reiki, Healy, MagHealy, or red light
have less time available for weekly or biweekly (every other week) appointments
prefer an immersive experience with time between appointments to fully integrate
Birth Doula
Birth doula services provided by a trauma informed pelvic health therapist. Priority bookings go to current pelvic health patients. See FAQ for more information regarding doula services.
